Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the vd111 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. Failure to meet any single criterion renders you ineligible to hold a vd111 account, and vd111 reserves the right to close any account found to be held by an ineligible individual at any time, with or without prior notice.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on vd111. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception to every player across Bangladesh and all other regions from which vd111 is accessible. vd111 employs age verification procedures during and after account registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed immediately, and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any bonus funds credited to the account. Winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.
Jurisdictional Eligibility

Account Registration & Verification

Registration Information
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, a valid date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, a working mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password for your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential — vd111 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
Account Verification (KYC)
vd111 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any time vd111 determines that verification is warranted. You will be required to provide documentation confirming your identity — typically a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and confirming your registered mobile number. Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your vd111 account. Account Inactivity
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as inactive. vd111 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance charge to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity charge is applied, providing an opportunity to log in and reactivate the account without charge.

Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

- Money laundering: Using the vd111 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. vd111 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Chargeback abuse: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a vd111 deposit that was used for gambling. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
vd111 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a confirmed breach of these user obligations: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account; withholding or forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals; cancellation of all active bonuses and associated winnings; reporting of relevant information to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities; and civil or criminal legal action where the breach constitutes a criminal offence or causes quantifiable financial harm to vd111.

Any confirmed case of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation on vd111 results in permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture, and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
vd111 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the reasons set out in these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason that vd111 determines, in its sole discretion, to be necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, the safety of its players, or compliance with applicable law.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your vd111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are processed within two business days of receipt.
Closure for Breach
Where vd111 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — vd111 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves financial fraud or criminal activity, funds may be permanently forfeited and relevant information passed to law enforcement. vd111's decision on the outcome of a breach investigation is final, subject to any applicable legal challenge under Bangladeshi law.
Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who request self-exclusion under vd111's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts closed or suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected. During the self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager on vd111. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the expiry of the minimum exclusion period selected. Dormant Account Policy
As noted in Section 3, accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. vd111 will make reasonable attempts to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related account maintenance charge. Players who log in within the notification period will not be subject to any charge. If a dormant account's balance falls to zero as a result of maintenance charges, the account will be administratively closed. Players may reactivate a closed dormant account by contacting support, subject to re-verification of identity.
Effect of Closure on Pending Bets
Where an account is closed while a sporting event or game round is in progress, vd111 will settle any open bets in accordance with normal settlement rules once the relevant event concludes. Winnings from settled open bets will be returned to the player's registered payment method, except where the account was closed due to a confirmed breach, in which case settlement is subject to the outcome of the vd111 compliance investigation.

Limitation of Liability, Amendments & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability

Amendments to Terms

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
